1.How to get a quote?
Send us your kitchen cabinet/closet/ cabinets design, if without, pls kindly send us the layout and your favorite cabinet photo, and your idea, we can base on these information to quote you a rough cost. If you wanna get the quote for the window and door, send us the size list and the model photo, and your address, then we can quote according to these information.
2. How to make the order of kitchen cabinet/ customized cabinets?
Base on Q1 answer, if you can accept the rough cost, then we can go ahead to the details design, we have a professional design team, we can provide you mature and professional 3D and CAD design, then if you confirm all design and details, you can be ready to place the order.
3.How long can I get the customized products?
The production time is around 25-30work days after confirming the details and sign the CAD shop drawing, and we get the deposit. After finishing the production and getting the balance, we will arrange the shipment, the shipping time depends on your country and details address.
4.Can we ship to your door?
Yes, we can provide DDP shipping, directly ship to your door, you only need to unload the goods. And we also can provide the CIF shipping, that means ship to the port, you need to clear the customs and taxes and pick it up. We will give you a suitable solution according to your needs.
5.Is it difficult to install the cabinets?
Nope, we will provide the guidance for you to install, if you still worry, we also can assemble them and then help to you.
